(More customer reviews)For starters, the screen protector doesn't cover the entire front face of the phone. The point of the screen protectors is to protect the ENTIRE screen surface from scratches, but instead, these screen protectors still leave the face buttons, the front-facing camera, and the light sensors vulnerable to scratches.
The girl at the Sprint Store insisted on installing it for me, so I honestly did not know how much of this screen protector impacted the picture quality of the Epic until I took it off. This brings me to the next con about the Sprint retail screen protectors. This screen protector just makes colors all PIXELATED. You know how if you get water on the screen of the TV, all of the color pixels you see are magnified in the droplets of water on the screen? It's kinda like that and it's extremely noticeable the brighter the colors on the screen (white being the absolute most noticeable pixelation). May be bit of an esoteric example, but basically, it's not good.
Removing the screen protector made me think, "Damn, I spent weeks doing this Super AMOLED an injustice."
One possible con maybe pro, but the screen protector has a bit of a matted feel. Maybe someone likes that kinda thing. Personally I didn't mind it, but wouldn't say it's great or anything.
If I had to find ONE pro with the Sprint retail screen protectors, they're good at not getting all smudged with fingerprints. Not that it matters anyway, because you shouldn't buy this screen protector.
