(More customer reviews)I use this at work with my screen facing the door behind me. It reduces the ability to see what's on the screen by about 70% at 45 degrees and 90% at about 80 degrees. I'd recommend adjusting your brightness up on the monitor since it will darken your screen even if you're facing it head-on.
It will make text unreadable, but large graphics or pictures will be visible - if not just the outline. I used the included two-sided sticky tape, which I cut down to about 1/2 cm to stick to the monitor. It's nearly invisible and more sightly than the included tabs.
